Manufacturing Services

View our full machine capabilities list, which includes our milling, turning, grinding, heat treating, and CMM Inspection equipment. Our new 60,000 square foot facility holds all the machines needed to manufacture your parts at a competitive cost, including:

Milling

To manufacture your parts with high accuracy and quick rapids, our milling centers are equipped with machines using automatic multi-tool turrets, programmable indexers, and a large selection of support tooling. Some of these machines have rapids of up to 1400 inches per minute. We are also capable of performing high-speed rigid tapping, making our manufacturing process more efficient by allowing for less manual labor.

Turning

Our facility houses a variety of lathes to complete your turned parts as efficiently as possible. Most of our lathes are equipped with bar feeders, allowing for fully automatic operation. Our 9-axis M32 Citizen lathe features efficient simultaneous machining. The sub-spindle allows parts to be removed automatically from the main spindle to have secondary machining performed, while the main spindle machines the next part. You can also find a variety of 2-axis, 3-axis, and 4-axis Swiss-type lathes in our facility with size capabilities up to 12 inches.

Grinding

With tolerances held to .0002, our diverse grinding capabilities include--
  • O.D. and Centerless O.D.
  • Inside Diameter
  • Thread
  • Creep
  • Surface and Rotary Surface
  • Tool Grinding and Resharpening

Special Processes

We perform many additional in-house processes to support the manufacture of your parts. This includes vacuum furnace heat treating, anneal, deep freeze, precipitation hardening, stress relief, tempering, non-destructive testing, broaching, laser marking for part identification, and micro-deburring. Our deburring specialists have access to advanced electro-chemical, magnetic, and tumble deburring equipment, as well as a multitude of detailed hand tools.

If your parts need assembly operations, our experienced assembly employees are capable of intricate sub-assemblies, including Lee plug and Lee jet installation, Heat-and-Freeze operations, assembly of helicoils, and various forms of bonding operations.
