History
Pointe Precision Inc. was established in June 1995 following the closure of a large manufacturing facility in Stevens Point. Founder and Chairman of the Board, Joe Kinsella, saw an opportunity to start something new, providing an opportunity to keep experienced employees within the community. Pointe Precision began operations with 94 employees in a leased building in Stevens Point, manufacturing high tolerance components for the Aerospace and Industrial markets, eventually expanding into the Medical and Recreational industries.
The company began to grow almost immediately by sticking to its core philosophy of providing customers the ultimate manufacturing experience - top notch customer service paired with exacting tolerances, consistency, and quality. The company built a brand new 60,000 square foot facility in neighboring Plover, WI in 2004 and expanded to 85,000 square feet in 2014. A 23,000 square foot addition was added to the facility in 2022, giving us 108,000 square feet in total. In 2024, Pointe Precision celebrated 29 years in business and looks forward to growth and new customer relationships in the future.

What We Do
Since 1995, Pointe Precision, Inc. has been providing full-service precision CNC machining solutions to top manufacturing companies in the nation. We're a Wisconsin-based contract machine shop specializing in precision milling, drilling, turning, grinding, heat treating, EDM, CMM Inspection, and more.
Our precision machining techniques allow us to efficiently produce aerospace components that are critical for the fuel control systems of major manufacturers' aircraft engines. You'll also find components we've produced in life-critical medical devices, industrial power generation products, archery and firearm components, and other systems requiring critical tolerances.
AS9100:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and NADCAP certified (we also have our Federal Firearms License), we offer engineering services and customer support throughout the manufacturing process to provide you with a finished product of the highest quality and value.
